Southern NSW LHD Nurse Practitioner Strategy 2025-2030 has been developed to set the direction and communicate the vision for nurse practitioners working in Southern. The strategy outlines the two key aims and four strategic priorities that will build, strengthen and sustain the nurse practitioner workforce, while increasing awareness of the valuable role nurse practitioners play in the organisation, and driving a collaborative and cohesive approach to care
