Marc d. Paradis is the Founder and Principal of SIYOM Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specialising in data strategy, AI, and health system innovation, where he translates scientific rigor into strategic clarity to help healthcare leaders drive quantifiable transformation.
At Northwell Health, he developed AI strategy, spearheaded a $100 million venture launching AI startups, and supported the deployment of AI clinical care. At Optum, he founded and led Data Science University, training over 2,200 professionals in applied AI while instilling a systems-thinking approach spanning from foundational data infrastructure to risk and change management.
