As Sustainability Manager at Regis Healthcare, she drives the integration of sustainability into core operations, chairs the Sustainability Management Working Group, and leads compliance with climate-related financial disclosures under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS). Her expertise spans carbon accounting, climate risk assessment, sustainability reporting, and supply chain emissions management. Ruchi has successfully embedded climate resilience practices and delivered decarbonisation projects that reduce environmental impact while supporting organisational goals. She also developed innovative tools for carbon accounting and materiality assessments, enabling businesses to streamline reporting and improve ESG performance. Holding a Master’s in Environmental Management and Development from The Australian National University, Ruchi combines technical proficiency with strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement.
