Lindsey Sokolich

Director, Operational Commissioning, Health Infrastructure Queensland QLD Health

Before returning to Queensland in 2025, Lindsey worked with the National Health Service (NHS) in England for 13 years; both as a management consultant in a global firm, and as an NHS leader. Her expertise and experience are in strategy, capital projects, transformation and reconfiguration across single provider organisations, integrated care systems and national oversight/regulatory bodies. Lindsey has over a decade of experience developing organisational and clinical strategies and facilitate evidence-based Board decision making. Her role at Moorfields Eye Hospital was the culmination of years of working with healthcare and academic leaders in a complex system to drive strategic change, using a £500m major capital build as the enabler. Lindsey’s strongly values the sharing of new innovative ideas/approaches and lessons learned in the context of continuous improvement. In her current role as Director of Operational Commissioning at Health Infrastructure Queensland, Lindsey is passionate about ensuring the state’s new hospital developments are flexible for future needs, with patients and clinicians at the heart of the design.
