With over 20 years of experience in Architecture, Joan came to the Project Co consortium for the Bendigo Hospital project during the Design & Construction delivery phase and moved into leadership as the project progressed through Operations. With a key focus on stakeholder relationships, Joan relishes bringing all parties on the Private Public Partnership journey together for the delivery of excellent outcomes. Experiencing the Bendigo Hospital PPP through its various phases has given Joan a unique perspective on its design and ongoing management of the facilities.
