AHW Emerging Leaders is a referral-based program giving rising healthcare talent access to an experience that goes well beyond a standard visitor pass - including an exclusive workshop, networking brunch, and a credential that marks them as part of the Class of 2027.
Who should be nominated?
- Working in healthcare in any capacity — clinical, operational, digital health, policy, research, or allied health
- Early to mid-career: typically 2–10 years in, or stepping into a leadership role for the first time
- Passionate about shaping the future of Australian healthcare
- Referred by an AHW 2027 speaker or community partner (this is the primary qualification)
